Greetings Everyone,
I want to let everyone know that we had a great event this past weekend at the 5th Annual Tough Country Outdoor Conference!!! Even though it was scorching hot, no one got hurt and there was only a few vehicle casualties (my buggy being one of them). If you did not get to make it out you missed a great party so check out the pictures on line in a few days. I also want to thank everyone that helped make the event possible. Next year, I promise it will be earlier in the year, so that it will be cooler!
A BIG THANKS goes out to the following:
Hampton & Bill Pratka / Bottle Cap Cookers: for bringing his KICK-ASS cook trailer, and catering Bar-B-Que for the whole event (it was quite a job in that heat).
David & Janeece Morgan: for frying the fish on friday night.
Ryan Services: for providing generators and light trailers for the band and grounds.
El Campo Cycle Center: for providing ATV’s for the El Campo Police officers working security.
JR’s Texas Best Smokehouse: for giving us a huge discount on the supplies for the concession stand.
Dennis Cervenka: for use of the parking lot and his tractor and shredder for the event.
Robert Kollaja and On-Point Entertainment: for providing additional sound to help out the band.
